Having begun MaidinSiemReap.com, entrepreneur Mrs. Voeun Chork (Srey Heng), wants to help “elevate living standards for her Cambodian team members by operating a business model that is fair to its staff, & contributes to the welfare & education of her well trained, but predominately female & poorly educated single parents".
The overall aim, according to the young Maid in Siem Reap founder, "is to re-balance business ethics”.

Maid in Siem Reap promises the best available rate when clients request an On-Site Inspection with a FREE Estimate. Maid in Siem Reap donates 20% of the net income earned to provide educational support to the children of their staff.
If there are no children to support, payment goes to the staff member to help support her family.

Since January of this year we've instructed Maid In Siem Reap (MaidInSiemReap.com) - service to clean our (large) double storey house twice weekly.
After 5 years of having a full-time daily cleaning person (she got married) we switched over to Maid Service.
The result has been astonishing.
The professionalism and dedication has been outstanding.
Whilst we are away for 7/8 months of the year they will keep a keen eye on our house.
On my insistence Dave & Heng have also agreed to look after our large and beautiful garden, with a very large (or Sra) pond with an abundance of water lilies, fish and turtles.
